Il Pakistan prevede di completare il progetto del gasdotto insieme alla Russia, nonostante le sanzioni e le pressioni dell’Occidente. Il ministro delle finanze Shaukat Tarin ha dichiarato che un accordo da 2,5 miliardi di dollari con la Russia per la costruzione del gasdotto Pakistan Stream è pronto.
